“PROLINE+ x Playoffs Promo: Bet & Get up to $200 in Sports Bonuses”

1 Introduction

  1. 1.1 These Promotion Specific Terms (these “Promotion Specific Terms”) contain the specific terms and conditions which govern the “PROLINE+ x Playoffs Promo - Bet & Get up to $200 in Sports Bonuses” (the “Promotion”). By opting-in to this Promotion, a Player, Prospective Player, Intending Player, or any other user (as applicable) (all the foregoing, hereinafter an “Individual”) is confirming that they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Specific Terms which govern this Promotion.
  2. 1.2 This Promotion is subject to the General Terms and conditions which may be found here. The General Terms are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Promotion Specific Terms. Any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion Specific Terms and the General Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the General Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Promotion Specific Terms in accordance with Section 1.4 of the General Terms. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.
  3. 1.3 The General Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern, among other things, Merged Bonuses, Wager Requirements, Wager Periods, and Qualifying Requirements. If an Individual does not agree with these Promotion Specific Terms of the General Terms, they must (i) not opt into the Promotion; or (ii) immediately opt-out of the Promotion in accordance with Section 4.4.
  4. 1.4 This Promotion is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Promotion Specific Terms from all other promotions being administered by OLG.

2 Promotion Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Promotion is available in Ontario only and only to those residing in Ontario who (at the time of participation):
    1. Are nineteen (19) years of age or older; and
    2. Have not previously been registered for a Player Account on OLG.ca or any OLG legacy website (“Eligible Participant”).

    Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  2. 2.2 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the Individual from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any Sports Bonus or other substitute benefit due to such disqualification.

3 Promotion Period

  1. 3.1 This Promotion is available and redeemable as of 10:00 a.m. EST on April 29, 2024 and shall continue until 9:59 a.m. EST on June 3, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. 3.2 An Eligible Participant who completes the steps contemplated in Section 4.1 and receives Bonus Funds pursuant to this Promotion shall not be eligible for any other Promotion that awards Bonus Funds upon their first deposit.

4 How to Participate

  1. 4.1 In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant must complete the following steps in the order set out below within the Promotion Period:
    1. Opt-in to the Promotion by navigating to the Player Account registration page via the link displayed by the banner on OLG.ca that presented this Promotion or by selecting the “PROLINE+ x Playoffs Promo - Bet & Get up to $200 in Sports Bonuses” sign up offer specific to this Promotion during registration of the Player Account.
    2. b. Complete the registration of the Player Account in accordance with the Player Agreement and validate their email address within the Promotion Period.
  2. 4.2 The time of email address validation as set out in Section 4.1(a) is the time of opt-in.
  3. 4.3 Once an Eligible Participant has met the Qualifying Requirements in accordance with Section 5 below and the Qualifying Period has ended, the Eligible Participant will be provided a Sports Bonus credited to the Eligible Participant’s Sports Bonus balance of their Player Account. The amount of Sports Bonus will be calculated at twenty-five percent (25%) of the Qualifying Wager(s) made during the Qualifying Period in accordance with Section 5, up to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00 CAD) in Sports Bonus.
  4. 4.4 If the Eligible Participant no longer wishes to participate in this Promotion after they have completed the steps set out Section 4.1, they must opt-out from the “Promotion Lobby” page of their Player Account or contact Player Support through the “Contact Us” page or by calling 1-855-978-7529 on or before June 3, 2024, 9:59 a.m. EST.
  5. 4.5 Any Sports Bonus provided pursuant to the Promotion will expire no earlier than August 18, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. and cannot be: (i) converted to Unutilized Funds; (ii) credited to the Cash Balance of a Player Account; (iii) withdrawn from a Player’s Available Balance; (iv) transferred; or (v) assigned. OLG reserves the right to set the expiration date and time of any such Sports Bonus by providing notice thereof: (i) on OLG.ca; or (ii) in the message inbox or via the email associated with the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.

5 Qualifying Requirements

  1. 5.1 The Qualifying Requirements for this Promotion that must be satisfied in order to receive the Sports Bonus set out in Section 4.3 are as follows:
    1. After successfully opting-in to this Promotion, deposit no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00 CAD) into the Cash Balance of their Player Account; and
    2. Within 168 hours (which is approximately 7 calendar days) from the time that the Eligible Participant’s email address is validated (the “Qualifying Period”), the Eligible Participant must wager, in aggregate, no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00 CAD) of Unutilized Funds on any Sports Betting Game Played Online (“Qualifying Wager(s)”).
  2. 5.2 If an Eligible Participant who has opted-in to the Promotion, as contemplated in section 4.1 a) & b), wagers or places a series of wagers, with an aggregate amount of at least fifteen dollars ($15.00 CAD) on an Outcome in respect of any Women’s Basketball event(s) through a Sports Betting Game Played Online (with Unutilized Funds) within the Qualifying Period (“Qualifying Promotional Sports Wager”), an incremental twenty five dollar ($25.00 CAD) Sports Bonus (“Promotional Sports Bonus”) will be credited to their Sports Bonus Balance within two (2) business days after the end of the Promotion Period (June 5, 2024). If an Eligible Participant does not complete a Qualifying Promotional Sports Wager, they will not be entitled to the Promotional Sports Bonus or any equivalent benefit. Each Eligible Participant is only eligible to receive the Promotional Sports Bonus one (1) time.
  3. 5.3 If an Eligible Participant does not meet the requirements set out in this Section 5 within the Qualifying Period, the Promotion will be removed from their Player Account and no credit, bonus or benefit (including any substitute benefit) of any sort will be provided. Any wagers on Sports Betting Games Played Online made outside of the Qualifying Period shall not contribute to satisfying the Qualifying Requirement and/or Qualifying Promotional Sports Wager and will not be eligible for this Promotion.

6 General Terms

  1. 6.1 Eligible Participants may only redeem the Promotion one (1) time. The Sports Bonus provided in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed two hundred and twenty five dollars ($225.00 CAD), regardless of the amount wagered on Sports Betting Games Played Online.
  2. 6.2 In the event OLG believes that an Eligible Participant has used the Sports Bonus issued pursuant to this Promotion, whether alone or in conjunction with Unutilized Funds, to fund a Wager or series of Wagers, alone, or in coordination with other Players, that results in guaranteed profits, benefits or advantages or a reduced risk of loss for the Eligible Participant or other Players, irrespective of the Result(s) for the Eligible Participant or the other Player(s) (“Minimal Risk Betting”), OLG may, in its sole discretion, and in accordance with Sections 11.6 and 11.7 of the PROLINE+ Game Conditions:
    1. Void one or more of the Selections on the Wager(s); or Void the entire Wager(s), in which case OLG will provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Void Wager(s);
    2. elect not to pay any Prize (as defined in the Player Agreement) associated with the Wager(s) and provide a refund of any amount of Unutilized Funds used to fund the Wager(s); and/or
    3. remove the Sports Bonus from the Player Account of the Eligible Participant.
  3. 6.3 By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Participant represents, warrants and covenants they will not engage in Minimal Risk Betting.
